After 19 years of running my restaurant and 6 years of coaching small business owners, I am taking my experiences and building something intentional and real for our restaurant community: a restaurant roundtable group. We will meet once a month, on the 1st Thursday of the month, for two hours on zoom. Everyone will get a chance to share and I’ll facilitate our conversation.

COST: $75/month
COMMITMENT: 3 months minimum

If you are trying to figure out where to post jobs, whether to pay someone for a stage or not, what marketing software is worth the cost or what CPA will give you an accurate P&L, we will get you answers. If you’re having trouble sleeping at night because you’re worried about a snowy weekend with slow sales or you’re stressed out by the sudden departure of a key team member, we will also help you address these issues and assure you that you’re not alone in these fears.
The first session will be July 2nd at 9am. Each meeting costs $75 to participate and I will bill for 3 months at a time. I ask that you commit to three month increments. In order for us to create something real and open, everyone needs to be aligned in commitment.
